Responsibilities

• Deliver NX CAM training and technical support;
• Help customers resolve technical issues encountered when using NX CAM, including programming, machining, and post-processing;

• Perform on-site trial cutting of customers’ real products as required;
• Develop custom post-processors and machine simulators for various machine tools, including 3-axis, 5-axis, and mill-turn machines;

• Proficient in advanced NX CAM programming functions;
• Familiar with NX post-processor development and with Tcl/Tk; the ability to independently create post-processors for 5-axis machines, mill-turn machines, or other machine tools is a plus;

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support for Plant Simulation software, working with sales to deliver software and industry solution presentations, demos, and technical proposal writing;
• Provide post-sales technical services for Plant Simulation software, including software installation, training, and customer technical support;
• Leverage relevant industry knowledge or experience to help customers plan future business scenarios.

Requirements

• Proficient in Plant Simulation software; familiarity with Tecnomatix-related technologies is a plus;
• Proficient in the SimTalk programming language and able to debug simulation environments based on Plant Simulation;
• Familiarity with plant layout, logistics, equipment, and manufacturing-related auxiliary equipment is preferred;
• Familiar with logistics and production scheduling processes, able to analyze production processes or logistics bottlenecks and provide sound recommendations;

• Proficient in at least one CAD modeling tool (such as NX, Catia, Pro-E, Solidworks, etc.);
• Proficient in at least one general-purpose structural analysis software (Simcenter 3D, Ansys, Nastran, Abaqus, LS-Dyna, etc.);
• Mastery of at least one meshing tool (Simcenter 3D, Hypermesh, Ansa, FEMAP, Patran);
• Experience with Simcenter 3D engineering simulation projects is preferred; work experience in industries such as automotive and civil engineering is preferred;

• Solid grounding in fluid mechanics theory; proficiency in CFD numerical simulation methods preferred;
• Familiarity with mainstream CFD software such as Star-CCM+, FloEFD, Fluent, and CFX preferred;

• A background in developing low-frequency products such as motors and solenoid valves is preferred;
